At Paragons full-time Dojo we have a variety of classes for all ages from 4yrs plus, for all abilities.

At Paragon we're very proud of what we have and what we achieve, week after week, with our members, whether it be weight loss, all elements of fitness gains, bettering mental health, fighting skills and boosting life skills. We love it all!

Everyone starts as a beginner in Paragon. Paragon is a very positive friendly place to get you started. Put those worries aside and get involved :)

We have separate classes for different goals, so we do cater for many :).

Choose our Technical Skills programme ( fitness, 10 Test levels syllabus, nutrition, habit changing)

OR,

Choose our Sport Kickboxing programme ( high level fitness, belt gradings, sparring and competitions ).

We have all the equipment we need to get you into great fighting fit shape at the Dojo, the fun and gains never stop!

Paragon is located at Albion Industrial estate Cilfynydd, CF37 4NX. 

Easy to get to from the A470. Ample car park spaces in the evenings. We do ask parents to wait outside of the Dojo due to space and disturbances to students within sessions.

The local area has plenty of walks and superstores around while your children or spouse get their training underway.
