At Paragon Kickboxing Academy, we help beginners, fitness enthusiasts and aspiring fighters get started in a supportive, no-ego environment.

Paragon HQ is located at Albion Industrial estate Cilfynydd, CF37 4NX. 

Easy to get to from the A470. Ample car park spaces in the evenings. We do ask parents to wait outside of the Dojo due to space and disturbances to students within sessions.

The local area has plenty of walks and superstores around while your children or spouse get their training underway.
