We are expanding to bring our top-tier training and inclusive kickboxing community to more people than ever. We're are opening a Paragon in Blackwood, in Jan 2025, and we can't wait!

• Paragons Junior Sports Programme
• 1:1 Personal Training with Blackwoods coach Wayne can be run at Paragon HQ
• Beginners very welcome ( everyone starts as a beginner )
• Current ages on opening will be 5yrs to 10yrs

Located in the heart of Blackwood, our new franchise brings the renowned Paragon training experience closer to you. Whether you're a complete beginner or a competitive fighter, our Blackwood location offers something for everyone.

Tuesdays and Thursdays: 5pm - 5.45pm
