SIGNING THIS WAIVER DOESN'T MAKE YOU AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTED:

You will be assessed when needed and accepted as soon as possible, we will then send you a confirmation of acceptance :)

1. Payment: Full payment must be made no later than 7 days before the grading date. Failure to pay by this deadline may result in your application being withdrawn.

2. Training & Preparation: You are responsible for maintaining your training and preparing appropriately for your grading, following the guidance and advice provided by your coaches.

3. Attendance & Attire: You must arrive on time and in the correct uniform or attire as instructed by the academy. Failure to arrive on time or wear the required attire may result in you not being permitted to grade.

4. Grading Knowledge & Understanding: You will be directed to the relevant information explaining the grading process, requirements and expectations. You are responsible for reading and understanding this information alongside the guidance provided by your coaches. For junior students, parents/guardians are expected to familiarise themselves with this information and ensure their child is appropriately prepared.
