After completing your first 4 runs you can gain access to a SMART system progress chart. These progress charts allow you to create a goal, with a realistic time frame, for you to achieve them in. Having specific goals and being organised will allow you to keep on top of your health and fitness and in other cases maybe reach a new personal best in your running race times.
