GOAL SPECIFIC

After 4 sessions we can evaluate a goal for you and set targets for you to try and get to along the way. Whether it be 5km, 10km, general fitness or just being able to run for longer, we will revise your goal and start progressing.

Prices:

As above. Pay via online banking or bring cash and i will be carrying a bum bag to take that in for you. I will have change, but please try your best to bring the right amount as i don't wan't to be running with a cash register on my back, haha.

 

Place:

We run in between Pontypridd and Abercynon, our main base is Cilfynydd. We have different routes every session and each session includes all sorts of running. Once you have access to the Members Only Pages you will be able to check out the route prior to each session. 

 

Time:

7pm-8pm

Starting point is at Cilfynydd Community Centre unless noted otherwise.
