All programmes can last either 6,8 or 12 weeks, this choice is yours. We will recommend a duration to which it will take to get to your goals before hand. 

Kickboxing Programme

 

This is my speciality, having been a kickboxing instructor for quite some time, this enables me to write you up some fantastic workouts that can get you to your personal goals. These kickboxing programmes can be done at home, at the gym or outdoors, if you want to work out in the fresh air.

 

With a range of exercises mixed with a variety of kickboxing movements you are sure to get the best fat burning results possible. Kickboxing can burn on average from 600-1000+ calories an hour! Amazing. Now you can see why the results can be fantastic with some hard work. 

At Home Programme

 

Not everyone desires are to go to the gym or to go to fitness classes, some feel like a convenient home workout is the answer. Working out at home can save costs and time and can easily be achieved with little space and not to much distraction. Some beginners also want to build up confidence and a bit of self motivation too, before going out and working out away from home, these home workouts will be fantastic for you guys.

 

With Paragons home workouts you can workout with any equipment OR if you do have any kinds of fitness equipment, we can add that into your programme no problem. 

 

Don't feel like there is a goal you can't achieve at home, as always, with that hard work ethic and consistency, you will reach what ever goal it is you choose.

Beginner Programme

 

Are you ready to get into shape? With the beginner programme it's all about mental and physical basics. With these programmes we evaluate where abouts you're at in your current fitness state and start to work on a plan that will gradually start to boost your health and fitness, step by step. It really doesn't matter if you have hardly ever exercised in your life, it is never to late to start doing some good and changing your health and fitness around. With my support and your will to learn, you'll be very surprised with how quick things will come along.
