The first week of your Paragon programme will be sent to you via email once your personal workout routine has been created (which takes typically 4-5 days) and we have carried out our consultation form. This will be sent straight to your email address that has been supplied by you shortly after your purchase. From here you have the option to print it off at home or choose to save it on your device to use at your leisure. It’s done in this way too save on customer costs.
If you are unhappy with our service for any reason, you are within your rights to request to have the cost of your Paragon programme refunded, as per the below terms.
1. You will first need to advise us in writing as to why you wish to cancel your programme.
2. After your first week of plans has been sent to you, you will not be able to get a refund due to our personal work already being in your hands and not being able to return any work as if it were a physical copy. Therefore you have to request a refund before we send out your first week of plans.
3. The cost of your programme will then be refunded to you via bank transfer.
If your workout programme is followed as instructed, and the diet advice is applied as we suggest, and you are unhappy with the results, you are eligible to apply for a refund. However, if for any reason do we believe that the workout programme wasn’t followed correctly, and the diet advice was not applied, then the refund is void.
If we suspect that either the workout programme wasn’t followed, or the diet advice wasn’t applied, then we are within our rights to reject any subsequent request for a refund under this offer.
You must enclose a letter describing how you used our service, what results you got, and all of the reasons why you feel the programme/service did not satisfy your requirement. You must also explain what, if anything, could we do to prevent a future customer having the same issues.
All refunds by ‘Paragon’ are subject to a maximum period of 7 days after the programme has ended, unless otherwise stated. No refund claims outside of this period will be considered.
We offer a good refund policy at our cost in good will and fully expect our customers to take the time to provide us with the necessary feedback if claiming against us.
We reserve the right to forfeit any requests if we suspect any abuse of our refund policy.
